Mariah Duran, born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, is one of the faces of Adidas Skateboarding and MTN DEW and known amongst the sport as being a technical skater who skates big stair sets and rails with finesse and ease. Mariah is leading the charge for the next generation and is a member of the USA Skateboarding National Team. 2016 was a breakout year for her as she claimed the silver medal at X Games and released two full street parts before turning pro for Meow Skateboards. In 2017, Mariah clinched her first SLS podium at the Super Crown World Championship. With her deep bag of tricks, it's easy to see why Duran is now a back-to-back X Games gold medalist. Most recently in 2020, Mariah launched a full skate part with Adidas Skateboarding and designed her first signature colorway with the classic Adidas Superstar shoe. Mariah has been a part of many digital media campaigns including Adidas' 'Change is a Team Sport' Adidas Superstar commercial directed by Jonah Hill, as well as Mountain Dew’s Modern Lines. She is an advocate for empowering young women and looked to as a role model which has led her to be included as a guest speaker on panel discussions surrounding women in sports. She is consistently ranked as one of the top female skaters heading into skateboarding’s inaugural debut at the 2020 Olympic Games which will be held during the Summer of 2021.
