Courtney Gresik oversees all aspects of Dew Tour including business, brand strategy, marketing, partnerships, content strategy, and event operations. A veteran of Dew Tour since 2016, Gresik was formerly the Director of Business and Partnerships for the tour and managed all aspects of partner relations and execution. She played a central role in integrating action sports culture and lifestyle into the Dew Tour brand as well as creating opportunities to give back to local communities via partnerships with local school districts and non-profits. In her current role, Gresik led the successful relocation of the Dew Tour Winter 2020 event to Copper Mountain – a partnership that aligns with Dew Tour and Mountain Dew’s brand strategy of progression, creativity and a commitment to future generations of action sports participants. Gresik has also taken the lead on female focused initiatives including the addition of women to the signature Dew Tour Team Challenge and Streetstyle competitions in the Winter 2020 event. She also established key partnerships with female focused groups such as Nikita’s G.W.R. (Girls Who Ride) and Beyond the Boundaries. Dew Tour also featured its first 90 minute “Women of Dew Tour” premier on NBC, which highlighted the progressive riding of Dew Tour’s female snowboarders and skiers in Modified Superpipe, Slopestyle and Streetstyle competitions. Gresik started her career in actions sports in 2005 with TransWorld Media. She has worked in a variety of business, finance, operations and strategy positions at TransWorld Media, World Surf League and Adventure Sports Network Group. A graduate of San Diego State University, Gresik earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration. She is a member of WISE—Women In Sports and Events.
